Never Been Done

You have greatness within you, and you are surrounded by people who want to see you express it. Yes, there are those that will meet your ambition and success with hostility. Pay them no mind. Their feelings have nothing to do with you. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find what moves you and pursue it relentlessly. Your challenge is to respond to the voice that says, “It’s already been done” with, “Not the way I’m going to do it.”
You will be hard-pressed to shine by sitting on someone else’s sun so find your art and create your masterpiece. Ask yourself, lovingly, “Am I living my passion haphazardly, or with intent and purpose? Do I regard my vision as possible or inevitable?” Acknowledge your fear and know that risk is necessary. Remember, failure is not the time for acquiescence, but an opportunity for self-discovery and growth.
